The aim of the mini-hackathon is to be a friendly competition between teams working on different topics. The organising committee, together with its partners and sponsors, will be happy to offer outstanding prizes to the best performing teams during the after-work drink on Friday.
The organising and scientific committees, together with the Board of the Royal Statistical Society of Belgium, wish to promote the participation of PhD Candidates at the annual meeting. In order to make an active participation to the poster session as attractive as possible, an award will be attributed to the best poster during the after work drink on Friday.
For the participants who do not wish to take an active part in the mini-hackathon,
while still enjoying the idea of listening to the presentations of the participating teams late afternoon on Friday, a guided tour of the permament collection of La Boverie museum in Liège will be scheduled on Friday afternoon. The service of the guide will be sponsored by the City of Liège.
After the visit, join us back on the Campus of ULiège for the presentations and a nice and relaxing after work drink.
